1. Free demo before purchase
We offer a free live demo and a 1 month free demo setup so you can fully evaluate GCS before paying.
2. Subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees are non-refundable once the account is activated.
- If you cancel within 7 days of first payment and before setup/training, you may request a refund of the subscription fee (setup fee excluded if setup work has started).
3. Setup & training fees
One-time setup and training fees are non-refundable once setup or training has been delivered.
4. Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate payments or amounts debited for failed transactions will be refunded in full within 7–10 working days after verification.
5. Cancellation & non-renewal
- You may choose not to renew at the end of your subscription year; no cancellation charges apply.
- Mid-term cancellation does not entitle the Customer to a pro-rata refund.
- After expiry, your data is retained for a grace period during which you may renew or request a data export.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@netspacesoftware.in with your registered business name, mobile number and payment reference. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
